TREASURE CHASE

 

  Treasure Hunt is a Treasure Hunt!!!!!!! This year, RACE 2014 gives you a chance to win the treasure that is hidden in the well of puzzles. Crack the puzzles and reach the Treasure in no time. Act fast as you’re not only the one around! Its a race against the time and teams in the fun-filled and dexterous event that you never came across happens at RACE 2014.

1. COMPETITION DETAILS:

• Each team will be given the map of JNTUA campus and the various locations of possible clues marked on it.

• Participants will be given the exact location of the first entry point which is marked on the map

• First solution of the puzzle gives you the location of the next puzzle hidden.

• The team which is able to solve the final puzzle in the shortest time will be the Winner.

• The landscape in which the participants have to compete will be a geographically flat one, having many Building and Trees.

2. RULES:

• The maximum time given to teams for finding the treasure is 1 hour. If none of the teams are able to find the final solution in stipulated time, depending on the availability of time rerun/extension shall be conducted.

• Teams are not allowed to use any mobiles without the approval of the organizers. If doing so the organizers reserve the right to disqualify such teams and no further requests are entertained in this regard.

• Teams are not supposed to interact with any other teams/ share any details regarding the event during the competition.

• The team, who solves the final puzzle in the shortest time, without violating any of the above rules, wins!

• In case two teams reach simultaneously, the winner will be decided by the organizers based on a simple logical question asked at the time of the event.

Note: Written test will be conducted.
