"Paper Presentations" presented by Department of civil engineering at 'RACE 2014' is a great opportunity to put forward your ideas in front of experts. Promote your thinking, unleash your skills and mould them into a concise presentation.

                                                 A right place, right mind with the right set of people is all what it takes to be appreciated. Grab the opportunity to be identified and take the minds over with your ideas . Never make a mistake to just keep them in mind.

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

• There is no limit on the number of participating teams from a college.

• The team may consist of maximum two students.

• Papers shall be submitted both in the form of Hard copy as well as Soft copy.

• The hard copy in the standard IEEE format should be typed/printed on A4 size sheet on one side only and should be limited to15 pages.

• Paper should be in .doc form only.

• Registration fee of Rs.300/- per individual should be paid after the intimation of selected list.

• All payments should be made through crossed D.Ds on any nationalized bank drawn in favor of "COORDINATOR RACE 2014" payable at SBI JNTUEC Branch, Anantapur.

• A total time of 8 min(6+2) will be given for each team. (It may vary in the symposium.)

• The teams are expected to bring one soft copy(only CD) and two hard copies of the paper and also D.D.

• last date of Submission of Abstracts is on 1st March 2014.

• Date of intimating the acceptance is on MARCH 7TH 2014.
